About Me
RACHEL BRIDGE
- PSYCHOLOGIST, MAMA, AUTHOR
My name is Rachel. I am a mama from down under, living on the south coast of Australia. I have three delightful children. Corey, our 13 year old son who doesn’t share my DNA but quickly won my heart; Addison, our 5 year old daughter who oozes adventure, warmth and intrigue; and Kaylee, our three year old daughter whose spirit is affectionately adorable and who shows those she trusts mischievousness and spark.

I would describe myself as a person who loves to love and values strong, honest and authentic connections with others. I draw energy from slow still moments of quite reflection and activity. I am a closet creative who experiences such enjoyment from engaging in creative projects.

I am a Psychologist who has been passionately working with children and their families for ten years. I have worked in Out-Of-Home-Care, early intervention with at risk children and families, as a coordinator developing a Child Mental Health program focusing on providing an innovative family focused approach to therapy with young children and as a clinician in the area of Perinatal Mental Health.

Through my work, and my experiences as a mother, I have become deeply passionate about working to improve parental well being whilst fostering infant and child development.
